A modern villa in marble and timber battens, screened from the street by a matching boundary wall and slatted gate. Vertical fins and a floating canopy frame the entrance, with a recessed light line tracing the façade geometry. Five bedrooms over two floors, planned around a central stair void with a covered car court to the front.
