A nine-storey residential tower in stone and timber, with cantilevered balconies stepping back toward a landscaped roof terrace. Timber-battened screens and planted edges shade the west elevation and soften the street frontage. A double-height marble lobby and set-back entrance court create a distinct arrival sequence.
