Project Overview
A two-storey office block fronting a clear-span warehouse, unified by a banded composite cladding system. A covered loading canopy on structural columns allows all-weather truck access directly to the roller shutters. Planned for efficient goods flow with segregated staff and vehicle circulation across the yard.
