An eight-bedroom twin villa in Jumeirah where travertine cladding and a dark, sculptural frame define a striking modern elevation. A recessed double-height glazed core cuts through the massing, pulling the two residences together under a shared architectural language. Layered stone fins, floating balconies, and a fully illuminated perimeter wall give the villa its ultra-luxury presence after dark.
