A five-bedroom villa in Al Awir where a tall glazed volume splits two stone-clad wings under a sharp architectural frame. Backlit vertical lines trace the building's edges, giving the elevation a crisp, sculptural glow at dusk. Layered massing, floor-to-ceiling glass, and a landscaped forecourt bring warmth and scale to the composition.
